Refund policy

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• Merchandise must be in its original condition. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. 
• Customer pays the shipping on a return back to our warehouse. 
• All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale merchandise marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For international sales, customers are responsible for duties and taxes that Customs charges when the product arrives into the country. This fee is in addition to the shipping charges. 
• Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
• Jenniegarth.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is deemed non-resellable.
