Please contact us at info@jenniegarth.com within 14 days of receipt of your item for a return authorization. Once the unworn item is received at our warehouse, and inspected your refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items. Apparel and or hats that are returned worn will not be refunded and will be shipped back at the customers expense. Please note that all sale merchandise is final sale.

We want you to get your Me by Jennie Garth merchandise fast and be happy! We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, order volumes can be unpredictable and orders placed on weekends or Holidays can cause delays. Please allow up to 5 business days. To view our complete shipping policy, click here.

Every item is inspected carefully before leaving our warehouse. In the event you receive something damaged upon receipt please contact us at info@jenniegarth.com within 7 days. Please include an explanation of the issue and a picture of the damage. Once the damaged item is received at our warehouse, a replacement will be shipped out immediately if we have it in stock. If it is not in stock you will be issued a refund.

Our apparel merchandise is unisex and goes from a size small to a size double X. Jennie is modeling the apparel and she is in a size small. 

Hats are one size with an adjustable back.

At this time we do not sell wholesale.

Me by Jennie Garth is open to potential collaborations. For all inquiries please fill out our contract form, found here. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, brand, project idea & website link in the message and we will be in touch if we think it is a fit.

If you ordered in error or want to cancel and you have not received a shipped notification then you can email us and request a cancellation. Your order will either be canceled or refunded if it hasn’t been processed or already shipped out. If the order has been shipped we won’t be able to cancel it and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs back.

We sell gift cards in increments of $50, $75, $100, $150 and $250.

Each design you see on Jenniegarth.com is designed by Jennie Garth herself and is exclusive to the brand.

Yes we do! But please note, when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. Jennie Garth does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the United States, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Jennie Garth.
